Welcome to Gloaming Bridal. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator. You can contact us at support@gloamingbridal.com

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with the policies identified below. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Using Our Website

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Please provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and order information, and keep any account credentials secure. You must not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe and photograph our gowns accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Hand-applied embellishments may have minor placement variations, but this does not excuse material differences from the agreed description, defective workmanship, or incorrect items.

Only items expressly listed as included on the product page form part of your purchase. Accessories shown in photographs are not included unless stated. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about fabric, color, construction, or included accessories.

4. Sizing and Customization

Please use the measurements in our Size Guide rather than relying solely on your usual clothing size. For custom sizing, provide measurements using our instructions and contact us if you are unsure. Professional measurement is recommended.

Changes to a gown’s design, color, length, or other specifications require our written confirmation, including any additional charges and changes to production time. Local alterations may be needed for your preferred fit. Responsibility for alteration costs depends on the circumstances and your applicable rights; this statement does not exclude remedies for errors made by us.

5. Orders and Payment

Review your selected gown, size, customization details, delivery address, and timing before submitting an order. An automated order receipt acknowledges submission and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. We will confirm acceptance separately, which may be through an express confirmation or shipment notification.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled order. If a material pricing or product error is discovered, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement before proceeding on revised terms. We will not substitute products or impose additional charges without your consent.

6. Prices, Shipping Charges, and Import Costs

The currency and price applicable to your order are shown when you purchase. Shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout where applicable. Free shipping applies only to eligible destinations and services identified on our website.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance charges that are not collected at checkout. Whether such charges are included or payable separately must be stated in the applicable shipping information. Please contact us before ordering if this is unclear. Free shipping does not, by itself, mean that import charges are included.

7. Production, Delivery, and Wedding Dates

Production and transportation are separate stages. Please review the applicable product page and our Shipping Policy before ordering. Custom specifications may require additional time, which we will confirm with you.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, delivery dates are estimates. If your wedding or event is approaching, contact us before ordering. Entering an event date or mentioning it in an order note does not by itself create a guaranteed delivery commitment.

If we cannot ship within the time frame represented for your order, we will notify you and provide revised information, obtaining consent to a delay and offering cancellation and refund where required by applicable law. Estimated timing does not remove these obligations.

Please notify us of missing or damaged deliveries so we can investigate and assist. Handing a parcel to a carrier does not automatically end our obligations or remove your applicable rights.

8. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Changes may be more difficult after production begins, but any restrictions or charges must be consistent with the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

Our Refund Policy explains return eligibility, procedures, and applicable conditions. A standard-size gown is not automatically treated as a personalized item merely because it is produced after an order is placed. Any exception for goods made to individual specifications applies only where legally permitted.

If your item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was agreed, contact us with your order number and relevant details. Photographs can help us assess the issue. Nothing in our policies removes mandatory remedies or statutory withdrawal rights where they apply.

9. Store Policies and Privacy

Specific terms expressly agreed with you for an order take priority over inconsistent general wording, subject always to mandatory law. Later policy changes will not retrospectively reduce the rights or agreed benefits attached to an existing order.

10. Website Content and Third-Party Services

Website text, photographs, logos, and other content belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view and retain product information for personal shopping purposes. Commercial reproduction or use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payment or other services may be provided by third parties under their own applicable terms. Your purchase contract is with the operator identified in Section 1, not Shopify. Use of third-party services does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

11. Responsibility and Disputes

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other protected matters under applicable law. Website interruptions do not cancel obligations relating to orders we have accepted.

Please contact us first about a concern so we can seek a resolution. This does not prevent you from using payment-provider remedies, consumer authorities, or courts available to you. Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction; these Terms do not require you to surrender mandatory protections available in your country of residence.

12. Updates and Contact

We may revise these Terms for future use of our website and future orders. Revisions do not retrospectively alter accepted orders without your agreement, except where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
